The Maximum Drawdown is initially set at 6% and is static (using CLOSED BALANCE), so it remains at the same value for as long as the account remains active. Example: with a $100,000 starting balance you can drawdown to $94,000 before violating the rule. If you take the account to $102,000 in closed balance, your Maximum Drawdown remains locked at $94,000 — regardless of how high the account goes, the drawdown stays the same (note, you can still violate the daily drawdown).
All plans have "Lock Upon Payout" enabled by default; traders can purchase an add-on for 25% of the purchase price to disable it. Example using the default: a trader with a $100,000 account grows the balance to $110,000. When the trader submits a payout request, the maximum drawdown becomes permanently locked at the original starting balance of $100,000. From that point forward, the balance may not fall below $100,000 — if it does, the account is considered breached.
